Experience the Power of TWO, Working Together for YOU!
We are a husband ~ wife residential Realtor/consultant sales team who has been assisting buyer and seller clients with all of their real estate needs since 2001.
Over the years we have developed a unique business model and personalized team approach which combines our individual strengths and expertise in all apsects of residential real estate marketing, sales, and consulting. We provide each and every one one of our clients personal service, availabiiltiy, and professionalism 24/x7. Our goal is to always exceed your greatest real estate expectations.
We offer all of our clients the double benefits of working with two detail-oriented, experienced, licensed agents in concert with the outstanding brand recognition/services of RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services. In addition, our team effort is supported by a network of highly qualiifed service providers including, but not limited to, real estate attorneys, mortgage loan brokers, and home inspectors who share our goal to provide all of our clients with superior client services.
Having been homeowners for many years in both Middlesex and Barnstable Counties in MA, we understand that a home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of its walls. We know that a home is really about how you feel when you walk through the front door… it’s about the way you envision your life unfolding there. Your home is really about your life and your dreams. We believe that dreams really do come true and, whether you are a buyer, a seller, or both… we truly love what we do and enjoy helping each and every one of our clients fulfill their dreams.
Pat has been a lifelong resident in her service area. She grew up in Belmont, raised her family along with her husband, Charlie, in Arlington, and currently resides in Waltham. Pat is a graduate of Belmont High School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Emmanuel College. After achieving National Board Teacher Certification as an Early Childhood Generalist, Pat became the first teacher in her district to be awarded Master’s Degree status in Education for completing National Board Teacher Certification. Pat taught first and second grade in the city of Cambridge for thirty-three years before retiring to fulfill her other passion in the world of real estate. During her tenure as a teacher, Pat was a member of her district’s New Teacher Induction Program and developed programs to mentor and assist new teachers. She also conducted workshops to help teachers who were also pursuing National Board Teacher Certification.
Throughout her high school, college, and teaching years, Pat also worked at her dad’s furniture store where she learned so much from her dad about running a family- owned business. Pat really enjoyed assisting clients with furniture design and home decorating ideas.
Pat is a MA licensed real estate agent. When Pat is not busy consulting with clients, or listing and showing properties… she loves being at the beach, cooking, exercising, shopping, entertaining family and friends, and spending time with her three grandchildren whom she adores! Pat has two amazing married daughters and two wonderful sons-in-law. She’s also been married to her real estate partner, Charlie, for thirty-eight years.
As David Ramsey, the financial guru said, “When getting help with money, whether it’s insurance, real estate, or investments, you should always look for someone with the heart of a teacher, not the heart of a salesman.” Pat is a trusted advisor/consultant with both the heart and experience of a teacher. She takes as much time as needed to help all of her clients discover what their options are, and explains the pros and cons of those options which enables her clients to make informed decisions that are best for them and their families.
Charlie has also been a lifelong resident in his service area. He lived in Belmont, Woburn, Watertown, Somerville and Waltham while growing up which enabled him to ‘live the life’ in many of the communities in his service area. Charlie raised his two daughters in Arlington along with his wife, Pat, where he resided for thirty-five years. Charlie loves sports and was a youth soccer coach in Arlington for eight years. Charlie currently resides in Waltham.
In addition to his career in real estate, Charlie’s previous professional background also includes twenty-five years as a Senior Systems Computer Test Technician for Compugraphic and Agfa Corporation. During his tenure as a Senior Test Technician, Charlie wrote detailed systems test troubleshooting procedures for technicians, he was a group leader who prepared status reports, he conducted meetings in his department and others, and he was responsible for meeting department deadlines for product test completion. Charlie’s detail-oriented nature, his ability to troubleshoot and meet deadlines, and his love for data collection and analysis are skills which he employs every day as a Realtor. Charlie also shares Pat’s passion for real estate, and has a strong desire to help others achieve their goals and fulfill their dream of homeownership. Charlie is a graduate of Sylvania Technical School and attended Northeastern University.
When Charlie is not busy consulting with clients, or listing and showing properties… he enjoys golfing, attending and watching sporting events, reading, eating Pat’s great cooking, exercising, and watching movies. He also loves spending time on the Cape whenever he is able to sneak away with family and friends.
Charlie is a licensed Realtor, e-Pro Certified, a Certified Buyer Representative, a member of MA PASS, and a member of MLSPIN. His professional affiliations include: the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors.
